Wanda Marie Bell passed away February 26, 2019 at Valley Manor Nursing Home. She was born December 09, 1923 to Elmer and Victoria Castberg in Montrose Colorado. She married the late John J. Bell January 03, 1947. Together they owned and operated Lillys Nursing Home while receiving their nursing degrees. She continued working in nursing homes until her retirement. Her favorite pastime was fishing in the summer around Montrose. She loved music and could sing along to most of the old songs. She was a wonderful cook and was known for her awesome pies. Janice (Chris) Willener, Granddaughters Suzanne Willener, Kris (Sam) Frank. Grandsons Jim (Lori) Willener and John Willener. Great grandchildren Jacob and Kaley Frank. They had wonderful memories and were very fond of her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and five siblings. A very special thank you to Valley Manor for all the great care she received.

A family memorial will be held in early summer.
