VIRGINIA MARIE WARE

Virginia Marie Ware went to be with the Lord May 23, 2021 in Delta, Colorado.

She will be so missed by her family, friends and the many patients she assisted where she worked.

Virginia Marie, known to family and friends as Ree, was born June 24, 1954 in Montrose, Colorado to Arthur Ulysses and Arlena June Love.  She enjoyed fishing and camping with the family.  Later Virginia involved her mom and sisters in doing ceramics.  She learned to knit and crochet making many projects for family and friends and she enjoyed making puzzles.

Virginia attended grade school in Hotchkiss, Colorado and high school in Nucla, Colorado.  She married Garry Irwin Ware on June 8, 1974 in Redvale, Colorado and they lived in Naturita, Colorado where he worked in the mines.  They moved to Utah for several years, then back to Redlands Mesa outside of Hotchkiss where they remained.  They had no children.

Virginia Marie is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Arlena Love, her husband Garry Ware, sisters Georgie Belle Reed and Elsie Geraldine Love.  She is survived by her brother Bill Pierce (Nancy), sister Carla Rae Love, brother-n-law Fred Reed, nieces Monica Geraldine Peddicord, Arlena Belle Reed, nephews Roy Lance Reed (Jennifer), Willy Joe Pierce (Shannon) and Bobby Arthur Pierce (Jana), great-nieces Laney Nicole Pierce, Sadie LaRhane Reed, Makayla Michelle Pierce, Jessica Nicholle Pierce, Megan Makenzie and Colette Elise Peddicord, great-nephews Jeremy William Pierce, Corey Logan Peddicord and Laramie Ulysses Reed, and Cody Logan Pierce.

Services were held at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta, Colorado on May 27, 2021.

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
