Victor Allen Moonen was born on February 4, 1956 in Denver, CO. He passed from this life December 21, 2017 from an illness.
Victor spent most of his adulthood on the Western Slope. He loved his home in the beautiful Shavano Valley where he enjoyed the outdoors, music, movies, spending time with people he cared for, sunshine, and the summers.
Victor was a peaceful man who knew how to get his point across. He was an observer, and a man who taught the people he met on his life’s journey some very valuable lessons. He was a man who could communicate with little more than a look of his clear blue eyes. His smile would light up a room.
Many people were blessed with the opportunity to know and love Victor. He will be missed.
A Celebration of Victor’s Life will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at 1:30 pm at 932 North Park Ave., Montrose, CO. Please bring stories and memories to share. Interment will occur at a later date. Crippin Funeral Home has assisted with arrangements.
