Tony Mason, 69, of Montrose, CO passed away on January 26, 2022 after a short illness of cancer.
Tony was born on August 19th, 1952 to Hal Mason and Phyllis Van Riper in Gunnison, CO. After graduating from Olathe High School in 1970, he went on to serve our nation in the United States Navy.
In 1977, he met the love of his life – Terry Webster, and they wed in 1980, going on to have 1 child of their own, Michael Mason and he welcomed 2 step-children, Stephanie Mayse & Tom Saxton into his life as his own.
Tony was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife, his sister Nancy Shorter, a brother, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Tony was also a passionate lover of music, gardening, and dogs.
