Thomas J. Lange, Jr.

b. July 12, 1968

He was born July 12, 1968 to Jane Lange and Thomas J Lange Sr in Staten Island, New York. He graduated from St John Vianney High School in 1986, attended Rutgers University, and graduated in 1991, then went on to graduate from Thomas Cooley Law School 1998. He moved to Colorado in 2006 and worked for Fleming and Associates and Conerly and Callahan, until he opened his own self-titled law practice, and practiced law until his untimely death.

He loved being an attorney, his four beautiful children and helping others. He enjoyed going to baseball games, rooting for the Yankees, watching crime investigation shows, listening to grunge music, coaching soccer and baseball, playing with his dog, Mr. Weenie, and eating cheese.

He is survived by his mother: Jane Lange of Holland, Michigan; his brother: Tim Lange of Holland, Michigan; his four children, all from Montrose, who gave him the smile on his face, the sparkle in his eyes and the laugh that filled the room: John Lange; Kylie Lange; Maya Lange; and Nia Lange; his ex-wife and always best friend: Justine Jacobi of Montrose; his partner in crime and good friend: Christopher Gibson of Montrose; and his sausage dog Mr. Weenie. Thomas is preceded in death by his father Thomas J Lange Sr.

A Open House Celebration of Life for Thomas will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Crippin Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lange children at the Bank of Colorado where an account will be set up. Any checks need to be made out to Justine Jacobi as none of the children are old enough to have a bank account.
