Ted Morris

Ted (Dwight) Franklin Morris left this life on April 17, 2021, due to a Heart Attack while out on a beautiful canyon drive with his loving wife. Born July 8th, 1967, in Dover, Delaware he was raised by his mother Sarah Morris. He is survived by his wife Deanna Morris, his stepchildren Justin, Amanda, and Kyle, and his siblings Sheila and Tom Lovato, David and Marji Morris, and Donna and Don Henderson. While he was raised in Delaware, he lived in Colorado for most of his life. He loved the camping, fishing, and amazing views that the state has. He found the love of his life and married her on April 11, 2003. They just celebrated 18 years of a beautifully devoted marriage. Ted had many talents, that ranged anywhere from grilling to carpentry. He worked as a butcher for over 30 years and was considered the best in the business. Fishing was one of his favorite things to do, anytime he saw a creek or river he would try to fish it or remember it for later. Ted was a rocker and really enjoyed live concerts and loud music in his truck. He also enjoyed going shooting with his stepson Kyle, he was a great shot. He was an amazing husband, brother, stepdad, uncle, and brother-in-law. Everyone who knew him also knew that he was kind, very caring, loved unconditionally, had a great sense of humor, was always honest, and had a quick wit. He will be dearly missed and remembered by all who were privileged to know him.
