Robert Charles Martinez was born in Durango Colorado on February 24th,1957 and entered his eternal home on September 30th, 2023. He is survived by his parents Edulia Gomez and Margarito Martinez and 2 brothers and one sister along with many nieces and nephews. Robert has been reunited with his late wife of 20 years Holly Martinez. Robert is survived by his 7 daughters: Suzette Martinez, Jolynn Durazo-Diaz, Rita Martinez, Elizandra Martinez, Breiah Martinez, Tymbrah Edmunson, Frankie and Richard Mullins. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. For many years Robert was a professional painter and spent some time at Russell Stovers. Robert loved spending time with his family and riding his bike around town.

A celebration of life will be held at Grace Community Church in Montrose on October 21st, 2023 at 11 am. All are welcome and encouraged to come and celebrate the life of Robert Martinez. Crippin Funeral Home of Montrose is assisting the family.
