Richard “Rick” Jimenez Obituary

Richard “Rick” Jimenez, age 55, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 30, 2017. Rick grew up and attended schools in Olathe, Colorado. He enjoyed the outdoors riding his four wheelers and motorcycle, and was an avid guitar player and took pride in working with his hands. Rick worked his entire life, and dedicated to providing for his family. His last job was working for Betz Transformers in Olathe for many years. Rick will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Rick is survived by his children Denny (Tanya), Danielle (Bill), Darren, and Devin, grandchildren Isaac “Ike”, Olivia, Krissy, Drayden, and Ashlyn. His siblings Lillian Medher, Elizabeth Prieto, Teresa (Leonard) Valdez, Becky (Joe) Manzanares, Jesse Jimenez and Debbie (Melvin) Madril. He is preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Stella Jimenez. Rick will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A private family memorial will be held in the spring. Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory in Montrose is assisting the family
