Paula Lynn Carneski – Phillips passed away at her residence in Nucla CO on Thursday, December 14, 2017. She was born on January 13, 1976 in Cheyenne WY to Janice K. and Richard Carneski. She was a graduate of Fort Collins High School, Fort Collins CO. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Phillips of Nucla CO; her mother, Janice K. Carneski of Fort Collins CO; and her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by her daughter, Briana E. Carneski-Gore; her father, Richard Carneski; and her brothers, Darrell S. Carneski and Richard H. Carneski, of Fort Collins CO. Private services will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to Hoof-N-Paw West Animal Assist, PO Box 292, Nucla CO 81424. The Crippin Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
