Paul T. Sarnstrom was born in Wisconsin on December 3, 1951, to Howard and Doris (Wamsley) Sarnstrom.

A longtime resident of Montrose, Paul passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Montrose Memorial Hospital, he was 70 years old.

He was an accomplished botanist, silversmith, an expert in applications of ferrocement building materials, and retired as the owner and operator of Hands-on-Health massage therapy.  A funeral service for Paul will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 3^rd at Crippin Funeral Home in Montrose, Colorado
