Patricia Lynn Ritter (Anderson)

Patricia Lynn Ritter, age 58, of Ridgway, Colorado went to be with her Lord and  Savior on Monday, December 15, 2014 at University Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.

Patricia was born October 7, 1956 to Kenneth and Mildred (Rakich) Anderson in Tucson, Arizona.  She spent her childhood in Tucson and graduated from Round Valley High School in Springerville, Arizona.  Patricia married Kevin Lynn Ritter, on May 16, 1975 on her father’s ranch at 5:00 am in the morning.  They remained in Tucson, until 2007 when Kevin and Patricia moved to Ridgway, Colorado and made their home until her time of death.  Patricia’s faith in God and the love she had for her family was so great.  Her husband, children and grandchildren were the light of her life.   Patricia touched so many hearts throughout the years and   will be missed by her family and friends.   The mountains that surrounded her at home and the river behind her house were a daily love to see.

Surviving family members include her husband, Kevin of the family home; daughter, Summer Lynn (Tim) Murphy of Montrose; son Jason Allan Ritter of Tucson, father and step-mother Kenneth and Mary Anderson of Vernon, Arizona; and her brother Wayne Anderson of Tucson; four grandchildren, Josiah, Destiny, Elijah and Isabella.  Patricia was preceded in death by her mother and brother Tim.

A Celebration of Patricia’s life will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel.  The Service will conclude at the Chapel.  Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, Montrose, Colorado.
