Patrice Veo, 62, of Olathe, CO passed away April 2, 2013 of natural causes at Montrose Memorial Hospital. Patrice was born to Keith and Annetta ( Norton) Lehigh in Delta, CO November 26, 1950. She spent her childhood in Paonia and Montrose. Upon marrying Melvin Veo on December 21, 1974, Patrice gave up her city girl ways to become a country girl. She and Melvin spent 38 years together in Pea Green on the family farm. Patrice helped with the family business, General Appliances. After her father died, she and her brother ran the business together until they sold it. She was involved in 4H and many other agricultural activities.

Patrice is survived by her husband, Melvin and daughter Lori, of Montrose; brother Ed and wife Sue of Lakewood, CO, niece Cary and nephew Kei; brother, Lance and wife Teresa of Montrose, CO., niece, Tara and nephews Logan and Landon.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, April 8th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel.  A Funeral Service is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9th, at 11:00am at Crippin Chapel, with Pastor Paul Nystrom officiating.  Graveside services will be held following the service at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Paonia, Co.   Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, Montrose, Co.
