Olive “Eileen” Miller

Olive Eileen Miller was born March 12, 1926 in Wayside, Nebraska to Lawrence Roland and Margaret Helena (Nixon) Zimmerly. Eileen spent most of her childhood in Oelrichs, South Dakota where she graduated from Oelrichs High School. On November 23, 1947 Eileen married the love of her life Paul Raymond Miller. They were married for 67 years before Eileen’s passing. Eileen was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Delta, CO.

Eileen is survived by her husband Paul Raymond Miller of Montrose, CO; her son Alan Miller of Cartersville, GA; her daughter Pauline Dale of Indianapolis, IN; eight grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service for Eileen on  Wednesday September 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Delta, CO. Memorial Contributions may be made to: Habitat for Humanity, in memory of Eileen Miller, P.O. Box 162; Montrose, CO 81402 or St. Luke’s Episcopal Church at 145 West 5th Street; Delta, CO 81416. Arrangements are under the care of Crippin Funeral Home and Crematory.
