Norma Jean Henson

Norma Jean Henson 6/27/1930 – 8/13/2021

Norma Henson, 91, passed away peacefully from natural causes Aug. 13, 2021.  A long time Montrose resident, Norma was active in the Oddfellows & Rebekah lodge, Rosemont Baptist and First Baptist Churches of Montrose.  Norma spent many years as a Ranch wife with her husband Eumont.  Later in life she returned to school to become a nurse and worked for a number of years at Montrose Memorial Hospital.

Norma is survived by her daughter, Marjorie (Greg) Tesitor and their children, Craig (Lisa ), Nikki (Mel) Peralta; son, Rob (Misty) and their children, Mandy, Tyler and Ashlee; and grandsons, Joey Tesitor; Brady and Kyle Schulze. Norma was preceded in death by her Husband Eumont, and daughter Lynda Jean

A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021, at 2:00pm; at Rosemont Baptist Church on Niagra rd. Norma will be laid to rest at Grand View Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home, 802 E. Main St., Montrose, CO 81401 (970) 249-2121.
