Nicholas W. Miles

Nicholas “Nick” W. Miles, 30 of Munich, ND formerly of Montrose, Colorado went to be with the Lord, Saturday evening, September 5, 2015 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, rural Calio, ND.

Funeral Services for Nick will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. at Salem Bible Church, Munich, ND.  Visitation will be on Tuesday at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

A Graveside Service will be held in Montrose, CO on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 11:00 am at Grand View Cemetery, west of Montrose.

Nicholas Wells Miles was born on April 25, 1985 at the Montrose Memorial Hospital, the son of Matthew and Marci (Gowen) Miles.  He graduated from Montrose High School with the class of 2003.  He successfully owned and operated his building company, Elk Basin Builders, in Devils Lake and Munich, ND.  He was united in marriage to his beloved Kim Zoetewey on May 21, 2011.

Nicholas leaves behind his wife of 4 years, Kim Miles and sons Andrew, 3 and Aaron 2.  Also surviving are Nick’s parents Matt and Marci Miles and his sister Stephanie (Brad) Yeager all of Montrose, father-in-law and mother-in-law Henry and Miriam Zoetewey, brother-in-law Gabriel Zoetewey and sister-in-law Jessica (George) Lanning and nephew Rhys Lanning all of Denver. Other survivors include his grandparents Chuck and Karen Gowen, Linda Blomstrom and Sharon Miles all of Montrose.

Never was a son more loved, a father more cherished as he chased invisible dinosaurs from the family yard, or as loyal a husband to Kim as our precious Nick.  Nicholas loved the Lord and in this we all take great comfort.  Nicholas was preceded in death by his Grandpa Jack Miles, and as his grandfather lived and died, so did Nicholas; FOREVER YOUNG.  Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, in Montrose, Co. is assisting the family
