Lori Diane Weaver, age 59, passed away April of 2015 in Delta, Colorado. Lori was born to Morris and Wilda Bruce on June 27, 1955 in Delta, Colorado. Lori attended and graduated from Paonia High School.  Lori was an avid reader, loved the ocean, she would often spend hours walking the beach when they lived in Oregon; but above all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

“We sent an angel home this week. We will never forget her laughter and kindness, her grace in the presence of hardship, and all her love that made our world a brighter place. We will carry her in our hearts forever and never forget how lucky we were to have her in our world. May she holding her Father’s hand and looking down on us with a smile, knowing she will never be far from our lives. We will love you forever our dear friend.”

Lori is survived by her mother Wilda Bruce of Montrose, CO; her son Mathew Weaver of Newport, OR; two daughters, Carly Weaver of Newport, OR, Cetacea Keune of Delta, CO; one brother Clayton Bruce of Montrose, CO; two sisters, Criselle Tuckel of Salida, CO, Sandra Scott; and three grandchildren. Lori is preceded in death by her father Morris Raymond Bruce.
