Lacey Lee Steele, 23 years old of Naturita, Co, passed away in her home on November 22, 2018, due to health complications she had struggled valiantly and humbly with since birth.

She was born in Montrose, Co June 29, 1995 to Mack and Becky Steele of Nucla, Co.

Lacey graduated from Nucla High school and attended Colorado Mesa University. She left behind her beloved daughter, McKena Lynn Ware and her husband, soul-mate and companion Colby Lane Ware.

Lacey had a passion for life. She loved family and friends and a good adventure. She enjoyed hunting and fishing or just being in the mountains. She was a child care provider for Prime-Time Early Learning Center in Norwood, Co. She was proceeded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Norma and Lloyd Steele, Maternal Grandfather, Wayne Etheridge and her Uncle, John Marble.

She is survived by her Beautiful daughter, McKena Lynn Ware, her Husband, Colby Lane Ware, her younger Sisters, Ashley and Ruby Steele, and her Parents, Mack and Becky Steele and so many other loving family and friends.

A Celebration of Life is set for Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 2 o’clock in the Nucla High School Gym.
