Kathryn Ann Anderson, age 88, passed away on January 5, 2017 at Heidi’s Chateau in Montrose, Colorado. Kathryn was born on August 23, 1928 to Lloyd E. and Lucille (Denby) Galloway in Nucla, Colorado. She grew up in Nucla and graduated Nucla High School in 1946. She then attended Colorado University of Denver and became a Registered Nurse. On May 20, 1950 Kathryn married the love of her life Harry E. Anderson in Glennwood Springs, Colorado. They were married 42 years before Harry’s passing in 1993. Kathryn loved to travel and was a member of the Colorado Nursing Association and Occupational Health Association. Kathryn is survived by her best friend Gwen Perschbacher. She is preceded in death by her husband Harry Anderson, her parents Lloyd and Lucille Galloway, and her daughter Christine Anderson. At Kathryn’s request cremation has taken place.
