Jay M. Chadwick

1933~2016

On Sunday, December 4, 2016, Jay M. Chadwick went to stay with his heavenly father for eternity. He was our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and adored great- great grandfather to his own little angel. He passed away at his home with loved friends at this side, he was a participant of P.A.C.E. and loved each and every one at P.A.C.E. with his whole heart. Thank you P.A.C.E. for your love and care of him.

A Funeral Service will be held for Jay on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 21028 Uncompahgre Road. Burial will follow at Grand View Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, please make donations in Jay’s name to the P.A.C.E. program at 2377 Robins Way, Montrose, Colorado 81401. Arrangements are under the care of Crippin Funeral Home and Grand View Cemetery.
