Jan L. Hovey

Jan Lynn Hovey, age 57, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at her home in Delta, Colorado.
Jan was born January 12, 1960, in Uravan, Colorado. She was the daughter of Earnest and Dale Marie Hovey. Jan grew up and graduated from Montrose High School. She went on to work as a secretary for Montrose Memorial Hospital and Montrose County Health and Human Services. Jan loved to go out camping, fishing, gardening, staying in and reading a good book, baking, and her animals.
Jan is survived by her partner, Joe Morell of Delta, CO; her two sons, Christopher and Cody Harrington, of Montrose, CO; her brother Dean Hovey of Montrose, CO; and seven grandchildren. Jan is preceded in death by her parents Earnest and Dale Hovey, and her son Lee Harrington.
A Memorial Service will be held in Jan’s honor on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the Crippin Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the care of Crippin Funeral Home and Crematory. (970)249-2121
