Helen Dianne Storey(Templeton), 75, passed away on October 23, 2019, in Grand Junction, at The Lodge. Services will be held at a later date.

She was born November 28, 1943, in Cedaredge, Colorado, to Gifford and Merle Templeton. They brought her home to Nucla, Colorado where she lived most of her life. She enjoyed being outdoors; she loved fishing, boating, Lake Powell, going for rides, but her favorite thing ever was to “rock hunt” or “hike” as she would call it. Dianne had a strong love for Colorado and was very proud to call Nucla her home! She also enjoyed playing cards and bowling with friends and family. She was a homemaker and loved taking care of her family.

She is preceded in death by her dad, Gifford; her two darling babies, William and Wendy; her mom, Merle; her sister, Joanne; and her husband, LeRoy.

She is survived by her son, Sean Storey; his children and grandchildren, son Jarren Wilbur, father of Rowyn and Zealous, and daughter Shandlee Storey, mother of Dreydon and Zayleigh; her daughter and son-in-law, Jill and Scott Sandefur; their children, son Donovan Sandefur and daughter Aurhianna Sandefur.

She was loved by many and will be missed greatly.
