Glenna Catura Justin

Glenna Catura Justin, 89, passed away in her home in Delta surrounded by family on Sept, 27, 2017.

Glenna was Born in Paonia to Iva (Etier) and Thomas Harris Sept 9, 1928. She married Tony Justin in 1947. They lived in Somerset where Tony worked at Somerset Coal Mine and then in 1959 they moved to Paonia.
After her children were raised, she worked for Delta County Telephone Company. She and Tony wintered in Mesa, AZ. for several years after retirement. They then moved to Delta in about 1990 to be closer to their family.
She was preceded in death by her husband who died in 2013; her brother, Russell Harris; and sister, Betty Jean (Edward) Henderson and stepfather Lauren Dugger.
She is survived by their children: Toni (Art) Morris of Mesa, AZ; Vicki (John) Musser of Delta; Tom Justin of Delta; Kevin (Donna Harville) Justin of Delta; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by siblings: Sara Ellen McCabe of Denver; Joyce (Steve) Martin of Green Valley, Arizona; Jim (Marlene) Harris of Grand Junction; and brother-in-law, Ed Henderson of Montrose.
She was a member of St. Michael’s and Sacred Heart Catholic Churches.
Her greatest joy in life was her family and family activities particularly weekend drives in the beautiful Colorado mountains. A memorial service in their honor will be held at a later date. Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory in Montrose is assisting the family.
