Gary met the love of his life Maryann Coman when they were in Junior High School. They were married on August 22, 1987 and had 30 wonderful years together. They traveled the world, hiked all over Colorado and made a habit of coffee dates every morning. He and Maryann found great joy in coaching many couples through Pre-Marital Counseling.
Gary loved being with his family and often would find adventure skiing, biking, hiking and backpacking with his family, friends, and his beloved dog Tucker. He was active in the Colorado Mountain Biking Association and “Krabbe Mountain Trail” on the Hogback was named in his honor. Gary was a member of Rotary and served a term as Rotary President. He was a Sunday School Teacher, Youth Group Leader, coached youth sports and played soft-ball for a number of years.
