April 2, 1958 ~ February 20, 2017

 

Frank “Jake” Lee Patterson, 58 of Montrose Co passed away surrounded by family after a lengthy battle with COPD.

Jake was born in Montrose Co on 04/02/1958 to James “Jim” and Etta Faye (Mason) Patterson.

 

Jake was a Jack of all trades. Working from Construction to the Uranium mines. Jake loved long road trips, hunting, fishing and camping.

You could find him at a BBQ with friends and family or working on an old car/truck. He enjoyed going to Barret Jackson auctions.

 

Jake is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 21 years Tamara (Ransom) Patterson of Montrose, Co.

Mother Etta Faye Burgess of Stillwater, OK. Sister Wanda (Mike) Bales of Morrison OK, Darla (Rusty) Lynn of Grand Junction, Co, Jeannie (Donnie) Peterson of Ripley OK, Alberta “Allie” Sloan of Stillwater, OK, Bobby (Cassie) Mason of Lund, NV, Karen “Patricia” (Steve) Taylor of Delta, Co, Pearl (Adam) Lynch of Montrose, Co. numerous nieces and nephews.

Children: Bobby Joe (ToniLynn) Patterson of Phoenix City, GA, Dale Alan (Lora) Patterson of Delta, Co, Anastasia (Joy) Douglas of Terre Haute, IN, Crystal (Thomas) Yarbrough of Delta, Co, and William Ransom of Montrose, Co; Jake had 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  Jake was preceded in death by his first wife Mary Patterson, Father Jim Patterson, Step father Dalton Buffington, Step father Bill Burgess & Step mother Margie Patterson.

Viewing will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m at Celebration Church in the Penn Mall in Montrose. The Service will follow the visitation at 11:30.  Following the service, burial will take place at Delta Municipal Cemetery at approximately 1:00p.m.  Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory in Montrose.
