Charlotte L. Cummings, 93, passed away on March 11 in Montrose, where she had lived since 1966.

Charlotte was born in Denver and grew up in Leadville, CO, where she graduated from high school and met her husband of 64 years, Dick, who preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, Albin and Ada Berg, and her four brothers, Doug Pederson,  Lew Pederson, Kenny Pederson, and Al Pederson, who was also from Montrose.

Charlotte is survived by her three children, Pat Cummings of Gunnison, Kay Garrison of Golden, and Rick (Karen) Cummings of Littleton.  She is also survived by grandchildren Kelli Rose, Jeff Graue, Benjie (Traci) Garrison and their son Benjamin, Todd Garrison (Erika) and children Daniel and Kailey, Nancy Garrison and children Taylor and Dylan, and Nick (Lyndsay) Cummings and children Cameron and Kiptyn.

The family will host an open house for her friends to remember Charlotte, on March 26, 2015 from 1-3 p.m. at the Spring Creek Chalet, 2710 Sunnyside Rd. in Montrose.
