Charles Cordova

Charles Cordova Jr. passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at Montrose Memorial Hospital.
He was surrounded by loved ones and family. At age 59, Charles will join his parents, Benita and Charles Cordova Sr.; his brother, John Cordova; and his two nieces, Monica and Nakima Cordova, in the great here after.
He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Cordova; and sister-in-law, Connie Cordova. He is loved and will be deeply missed by far too many aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins and loved ones whose lives he touched to mention individually.
Lifelong Montrose, Colorado, resident Charles enjoyed driving country roads, bicycling and hiking. He kept beautiful flower gardens in the summer and put together an impressive light display for his place during the Christmas season.
A service celebrating the life of Charles Cordova Jr. will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017, at Crippin Funeral Home on Main Street in Montrose. Charles will be laid to rest following the service in the family plot at Valley Lawns Cemetery south of his hometown, Montrose, Colorado.
