Son to Dawn and Hank Tankersley, grandson to Earline and David Noble, Allen Walley, and June Schopher, brother to Blake and Britnie Tankersley.  Husband to Lacey Halsor.  Father to Jayden and Tristen and loving friend to so many others.

Blaine was born on January 23, 1987, at Lakeside Hospital in Metarie, Louisiana.  Blaine attended Live Oaks Elementary in Wagamen, Louisiana for three years before moving to Ridgway, Colorado with his parents and siblings in March of 1996.  There Blaine finished elementary school and began attending Ridgway High School, which he graduated from in 2005.  After high school, Blaine began working for his father and living in Montrose.  Shortly after Blaine met Lacey Halsor and their relationship began,  Blaine and Lacey moved in together and on December 25, 2008 they had their first child, Jayden Hope Tankersley.  Two years later they were blessed with a second child; a boy, Tristen Kole Tankersley.  Blaine, Lacey, Jayden and Tristen lived on the corner of South 9th and Nevada.  Blaine was 26 years old. 

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel.  A Graveside Interment Service will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2013  2:00 P.M. at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Ouray, Colorado, where he will be laid to rest.  Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, Montrose, Colorado
