Billie Jo (Lane) Rash, of Montrose passed away March 11, 2016 at Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose at the age of 90.  Billie Jo was born April 18, 1925 to Early Douglas and Hester (Buffington) Lane in Terrell, Texas where she also spent her childhood and received her education.

Billie Jo’s lifelong interests and her occupation was Real Estate Developing for many years, even prior to her moving to Montrose where she made her home until her time of death.  She was previously married to Glenn Rash, and he preceded her in death.

Surviving family members include her daughter, Anne “Lane” Guignard of Montrose; brother Douglas Lane of Terrell, Texas; a sister, Nancy Lambeth of Montrose.; and one grandchild.  Billie Jo was preceded in death by her daughter Holley Rash.  At Billie Jo’s request, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.  Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, in Montrose, is assisting the family.
